Welcome to Shanghai United International School Qingpu Campus and our diverse, collaborative and committed team of educators!

While all SUIS schools share an ‘East Meets West’ educational philosophy and a research-based, innovative approach to education, each school develops its own unique character, learning programmes, facilities, and personnel, and responds to the local needs of its community, in keeping with its Mission and Vision Statement.

As we are all lifelong learners, SUIS Qingpu not only supports faculty and staff in pursuing individual professional development through programmes and courses, but also works with individual team members to facilitate participation in targeted classroom observations, visits to other schools, and more. As our academic team and educators continue to grow and advance, they will in turn inspire and accelerate learning in our students.

The responsibility for the leadership of our campus rests with our School Leadership Team. SUIS Qingpu’s School Leadership Team consists of Principals and a Secretary of CPC Branch.

SUIS Qingpu is registered with the Ministry of Education, is an authorised provider of the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) and examinations by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and Pearson Edexcel, is an authorized provider or Advanced Level (A Level) examinations by CAIE, and is an authorized provider of the Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) examinations by Pearson Edexcel. SUIS Qingpu has entered candidacy status through the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) to offer the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) as of August 2026, and is set to enter an accreditation process through the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

Our team of highly qualified teaching staff is the backbone of SUIS Qingpu’s education, an education that fosters students with strong ‘Chinese roots, Global wings’.

The integration of Chinese and international cultures across the school is achieved through our unique ‘East Meets West’ leadership, management, and co-teaching models. Qualified and experienced teachers are recruited from countries and regions around the world, including:
