Nina Ni
Dr. Nina Ni holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and a Master’s degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). She has accumulated extensive management experience in international education and has previously served as the Principal of a renowned international school. She has been deeply involved in the teaching management of international curricula and the development of faculty teams, successfully introducing and establishing the LAMDA (London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) English Speaking Examination Centre.
Combining professional perspectives from both frontline teaching practice and teacher training guidance, she has also contributed as an external expert at the Shanghai Teacher Education College, where she played a key role in the research and development of teacher training systems.
In the realm of educational research, Dr. Ni has achieved remarkable results, publishing numerous academic papers in both Chinese and English and winning significant national-level teaching competition awards. Proficient in integrating Eastern and Western educational philosophies, she has consistently prioritised students’ all-round development.
Dr. Ni’s extensive experience in teaching management and her international perspective will inject professional vitality and innovative momentum into the continued development of SUIS Qingpu’s international high school programme.
