Coming to the third day of orientation camp, the wonderful courses of various subjects in the junior high school continued to bring students a wonderful learning experience. Under the theme of ‘Earth’s Space Dream’, students of art, science, DT and geography experienced knowledge surfing in a fusion of Chinese and Western learning atmosphere.
In Science Class, the students apply book knowledge to real life, mastered the knowledge of recoil force. They made the water rocket with team cooperation. DT class is also very interesting. The children made a unique “rocket” with marshmallows and pasta. They were busy and joyful.
In the geography class, we encouraged and inspired children to learn to raise questions from their travel experiences and analyze the geographical phenomena in them. The flexible use of multimedia teaching aids allows children to understand and approach geography.
In the art class, the students painted, combined and characteristic city silhouettes with futuristic space elements to decorate the class wall.
In the music class, under the leadership of the teachers, the students got a preliminary understanding of the Chinese and English names of basic music theory, and also experienced the presentation of different notes at different rhythms and speeds.
The CCA collaborative course is an important part of the SUIS curriculum system. Today’s CCA course is full of expectations for children. The school has prepared 6 courses types for children to explore and fly in the world of their interest.

In the advanced art course, students are immersed in the big world of sketching and the fireworks of color.
The robot competition exhibition in the AI Maker Course has begun. The children had fun with the artificial intelligence in the fierce football competition.
In the language class – Spanish and German, the graffiti works of basic language made us feel the integration and collision of multiculturalism. The children expounded the same theme-“love” in different languages.
The P4C class leaded by the homeroom teacher in the last session was orderly, interesting and warm. The children have summed up their feelings. ‘A time will come to ride the wind and cleave the waves, I’ll set my cloud-white sail and cross the sea which raves.’ The teenagers are about to ride the waves.
