On 29 September, as part of our school’s Sunshine Sports Programme, Grade 3 students took part in the “Joy in Motion” One-Minute Jump Rope Challenge. The event was designed to enrich the students’ extracurricular lives, improve their overall fitness, and encourage teamwork and a positive competitive spirit. In the indoor gymnasium, ropes twirled through the air and footsteps were light and quick. Every Grade 3 student held their rope and gave their best, creating a contest full of speed, perseverance, teamwork, and enthusiasm.

Growing Through Sport
A small jump rope can spark energy and bring a class together. In just one minute, students tested their speed and gained something valuable. This challenge not only improved coordination, endurance, and focus, but also taught resilience, teamwork, and the courage to keep going. We hope our Grade 3 students will continue to enjoy sport and carry this same positive spirit into their studies and daily lives, growing brighter and stronger every day.
