After more than a month of IGCSE exams, on June 18, SUIS Qingpu High School G10 held a parent-student meeting which included Career & University Guidance, AS-Level course selection, an alumni sharing session, and a tutor group meeting.
Career & University Guidance AS course selection
SUIS Qingpu Co-acting Principal Dr. Adam Neufield and High School CUG Counselor Mr. Penn Hu helped to arrange the application requirements for different universities and introduced regulations for A-Level course selection. They also demonstrated how to use UCAS, the UK university application system, to assist students in checking relevant regulations.
SUIS Qingpu vice principal Mr. Leo Ge introduced the AS-Level course selection rules, and instructed students to select their courses rationally and according to their own targets.

She also fielded questions from students and parents, such as how to deal with stress, how to balance study and hobbies, and how to improve interpersonal communication.
Tutor group meeting
The tutor system is one of the major features of the SUIS Qingpu high school. Each tutor group consists of one tutor and approximately ten students. The tutor cares for students’ studies and boarding life in every possible aspect. During the tutor group meeting, students and parents shared their own experiences.
For the G10 students, this academic year was full of challenges. However, they dared to face the difficulties. We look forward to watching their future growth!
