Behind every successful team is a great mentor. Coach Sushil Lamba, our dedicated Computer Science teacher, is the guiding light of RAXCHS – 92269A. With a deep understanding of robotics and a passion for teaching, Sushil Lamba has been instrumental in the team’s success. He leads the students through the intricate processes of building and coding, and ensures they understand the rules and regulations of VEX Robotics competitions. His commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative environment has helped the team grow not just as competitors, but as future engineers and leaders.
Achievements: A Journey of Success
The RAXCHS team has already made a significant impact in the world of VEX Robotics. In their debut competition in Shanghai, they faced stiff competition but still managed to finish 41st out of 70 teams. This experience was a valuable learning opportunity, highlighting areas for improvement and fueling their determination to excel.
The team’s hard work and dedication paid off in their next competition in Beijing, where they achieved an impressive 14th place out of 62 teams. This remarkable improvement is a testament to their growth, resilience, and the strategic guidance of Coach Sushil.
Upcoming Events: A Future Full of Promise
As the RAXCHS team looks ahead, they are gearing up for even more exciting challenges. The team is preparing to participate in several upcoming VEX Robotics competitions, including their first international event outside of China. These competitions will provide our students with the opportunity to showcase their skills on a global stage, further hone their abilities, and learn from the best teams around the world.
