Excitement is at an all-time high for the RAXCHS – 92269A team at Shanghai United International School Qingpu (SUIS Qingpu) Campus. Competing recently in the Asia Open tournament of the VEX Robotics competition held in Foshan, the team secured an incredible third place finish! This achievement reflected the team’s relentless dedication and skill, especially impressive considering they started their journey just a few months ago in July.

The Team Behind the Success

RAXCHS is now represented by alongside talented teammates Xuanxuan (闫懿轩), Henry (张蘅), Chita (Chanabhumi Putthapornmongkol), and new members Thomas (潘圣骐) and Kelvin (周郅焜). Chita took on the role of Driver for this tournament, showcasing exceptional focus and skill on the field.

Under the intense atmosphere of the tournament, our team competed in qualification matches before advancing to the main tournament. Their journey through each match displayed their strategic adaptability, precise coding, and commitment to continuous improvement. By the tournament’s end, they stood proudly in third place—a remarkable feat for a team that has only participated in three competitions thus far.

In addition to their recent success, RAXCHS – 92269A is now ranked 58th out of 500 teams globally! Their world ranking is a testament to the dedication, innovation, and teamwork that have driven the team’s progress.
