At the same time, we may also encounter children who are naughty, children who lack confidence, children who make the same mistakes time and time again, and children who find it hard to concentrate and have with difficulty managing their emotions.

When teachers are struggling to find the answers to these big questions, the school invites a positive discipline expert, Mr. Li Jiashu. On June 5th and June 12th, Mr. Li delivered two lively, interesting, practical and effective positive discipline lectures for all Chinese and foreign teachers.

Mr. Li led the teachers to embark on a kind and forceful education journey through activity, role-playing, case study, feedbacks and communication. Teachers truly feel different languages (imperative language and heuristic questions) have different influences on students’ psychology, emotions and behaviors. We fully understand the nuance between “praise” and “encouragement” and their different educational effects, the reasons behind the students’ offensive behaviors, and are willing to rethink how to construct new communication methods with students in future.
